This is for your information that I had paid Rs. 2, 500/- at Spencer's Wallet on 15th May 2021 online from ICICI Bank vide reference no:[protected] but till date my wallet shows 0 balance nor the amount refund to my account.
I hereby requesting that if you feel that I am not eligible to be a customer of your esteemed organization kindly refund back or add to my wallet the said money within 24 hrs.
