Hello, My account number is [protected] ifsc code is: PUNB0008810. My account is debitied with amounts which i have attached the screenshots and i haven’t initiated any of such transactions. I have no clue how come these amounts have been debited from my account. I guess someone tried to breach my account or tried to do fraudulent things in my account. Request you to please refund my amount...

I had ordered few items online on 7th Oct 2021 for Rs. 1561.82 and paid through Phonepe and i see my Account was debited to Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd as below. but i have not received my ordered product till now and no confirmation of order as well. I am not able to find the merchant details and contact them.

I have raised a ticket(#5755286) on Razorpay website. but there are no response form there side. i need my FIRC certificate on urgent basis....

This is for your information that I had paid Rs. 2, 500/- at Spencer's Wallet on 15th May 2021 online from ICICI Bank vide reference no:[protected] but till date my wallet shows 0 balance nor the amount refund to my account.

Hi, today i was booking my ticket from irctc app and paid amount through razorpay payment option. Total sum of amount (385) is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked. It's showing pending from bank end and in showing ticket is not booked. Either book my ticket or refund me same amount in my account so that i can book my ticket.
I am attaching screen shot of details.
Please resolve this in earliest......
