RCM Infosoft — Fraud company with hackers as company representatives
I logged a complaint about this organization on 5 March 2016. Please refer to the below URL for previous complaint: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/rcm-infosoft-i-am-complain-about-this-company-...⇄ One of the representatives named Rajbir (or Rajvir or Rajveer) with contact number [protected] called me up on 8 March 2016 around 10.06 am when I was sleeping after a long night of Mahashivratri on 7 March 2016. This guy said that as I had complained about the organization, thus he wants to return my registration amount of INR 1550 and in order to settle the account disputes, has a code sent on my mobile number. I still in the tiredness of the night didn't investigated further and told him the code that I received on my mobile number. To my surprise, I got an instant message that my Gmail account password has been reset. I was in a shock of what happened and who has changed the password without my knowledge. Then it clicked to me of what would have had happened. First I tried to login to my Gmail account but it said password was incorrect. Then I tried to recover the password, but the person has also changed my recovery, email that I provided for password recovery while creating the account, and the associated mobile number as well. I tried to recover the gmail account password by following the step by step procedure, which the gmail said will reach to me in 3-5 days. Suddenly I thought of checking the status of the complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in that I posted on 5 March 2016 (url provided at the top of this complaint). I was surprised to see that they had logged into my comsumercomplaints.in account, with ID & password available in my gmail account that they had already hacked, and commented that "My problems is resolve so, please remove complaints." and also provided a rating of 5 STARS. Initially I thought to comment on the same complaint but later thought to put a new complaint about this organization so that people should come to know how cheap they are and how low they can go (hacked my gmail account). I also tried to login to my RCM Infosoft account, that I created in the beginning to do some work-from-home, but they had already deactivated my account on the website. By the way my account ID was this on rcminfosoft.com: RCMIS0242 I request everyone not to fall for this fraud company. An email can contain lot many sensitive information about a person and if this email account is hacked, one can imagine how devastating it could be for the individual. Please suggest if I can log a police complaint about this organization/concerned person as they have hacked my personal email id? The name of the person in whose account I made payment online is Shivam Kumar Maurya. A/c no.[protected]. sbi branch. ifsc code:SBIN0016347. CURRENT A/C (account in chaubeypur varanasi with PIN: 221104). His email id is. [protected]@gmail.com The person who sent me work is Deepak and he used to contact using the number: [protected] company is registered to the below address: Registered Office - S-45, Ved Market, Vivekananda Marg, Allahabad – 211003, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA) Was this information helpful?
