Reader's Digest — Copies not delivered. Payment done for two years | |||
I am a regular reader of reader's digest since last 10 years. For last few years, I have been buying subscription date of RD. Previous subscription got me only half of the copies. This time I had bought subscription for two years after shifting to a posh area thinking that copies will not be lost. I paid last year in April for two years; subs no.[protected], customer ID [protected], but till date I got only three copies, one for May June together and for November and December. Inspite of 10-15 mails I didn't receive my copy. The free bluetooth given is also faulty. I want my refund of total amount paid +penalty cost for harrassing me for one year .
