Sir/madam,
During subscription of reader digest magazine for two years, they promised to offered bluetooth speaker free,, but not yet delivered, whenever try to contact customer care, they used reply, gift item already dispatched or sometimes they reply already delivered, but yesterday when i told them that i will lodge a complain in consumer forum, they told that, blue tooth speakers are not in stock. Kindly look intothe matter and do the needful.
