I have initially subscribe in feb 2017. My access code is rdann[protected].in jan 2018 i have received a v. P. Packet amounting @ rs 711 /- to to maintain continue receiving of monthly magzine a. That vp packet despatch id 17-rn2017-rd[protected]/1-1801 and packet having a bar code cd[protected]in.
After receiving packet, i have made payment to post office personnel with postal charge.
But till date i have not received any monthly subscription from jan 2018 onwards.
Request necessary action. Thanking you!

My name is vineet venugopal and i have subscribed for the reader's digest booklet. I paid rs 761 my payment confirmation no. Is[protected]. I was scheduled to receive the package since february 2018 and not received a single booklet till date. Whether i am a fool. I also made a call to your customer care executive and he assured me the first second and third copy by 23/04/2018. If your company don't know how to do business then close the business and sit at home. I just want my money back... You people are such a careless person. I will complain your service and also make aware public about you cheaters.

My name is subramanyam s, i am from bangalore. My complaint is, i have already paid the 711.00 inr last year december month but i did not received any feed back from your end. Whether i win the super grand prize are not?
Every time i am receiving your mail, that is final registration for the winner's selection stage. But as today i did not received any feed back. Kindly let me know the correct result. Please don't cheat any people.

I'm senthilkumar sanjeevi, advocate from chennai, tamil nadu. I have subscribed for this magazine. I frequently received emails and letters that i have entered into the elite circle and eligible for sweepstakes 2017. As per the instructions i had filled the details and subscribed and paid thrice. When i checked the website in february 2018, only previous year winners are displayed and latest are not displayed. When i further enquired whether it is scam or not, they referred me an article in the website which states that these sweepstakes are legitimate and not scam and are held to develop their magazines. It is a way marketing was the reply given by them. Marketing can be done once but not thrice continuously. Its a way of cheating. When i checked the website in the month feb 2018, a new terms and condition was included stating participants from tamil nadu are not eligible for the sweepstakes under tamil nadu prize scheme (Prohibition) act, 1979. Under such act in place how can you send mails and letters regarding my eligibility into sweepstakes? Of course it is a way of cheating. I request you to undertake the complaint and do the necessary immediately under consumer protection act, 1986.

I have subscribed for rd and paid a years subscription amount of rs.711/_ last july, but neither i have received the gift books that were promised nor do i think that i have been registered as a customer since i am constantly getting messages from rd group about the entry in the sweepstakes asking me to subscribe.
I want to know if i am eligible for an entry in the sweepstakes as you seem to be unaware that i am an existing subscriber.

Please make appropriate note and do the needful.

So far i have received only 2 issues
I did not receive any free gift

What is going on??? Is your courier agency stealing the copies or you are not sending? Please sort this out immediately and ensure that i receive the gift and all missing copies.

I have paid online full one year subscription for the magazine on 3rd oct 2017 vide receipt no. Rdswt[protected]. But l haven't received a single copy of the magazine till date. Already sent several emails to your customers care but every time recorded reply (We will come back to you within 2days) received. Please look into the matter and let me know per return the reason for non delivery of the magazine.

I have taken the subscription of rd in sept'17. Now it's three months and i have not received any copy so far. I have written several times over the email but no response even try to contact them on their provided numbers and unfortunately numbers are not working also. No way to contact them now. Rd is totally looking like fake. Just taking money from the people.

Subscription number rd[protected] payment is made for annual (12 copies) subscription. July 2017 to june 2018 is subscription period. After repeated complaints also i am not receiving monthly copies.
No response or commitment is from publisher towards my grievances.
I am getting cheated after full payment n not getting my due services claimed by readers digest team.

I have been chasing your office over emails for last month for cancellation of my subscription number : lmi4096124 and account number rd[protected]; but no one responds.

It is a very unprofessional behaviour on part of reader's digest and really frustrating to see money being debited automatically without even renewing the subscription.

Need your response the earliest.

Good morning. Iam dr ramnath naik rd subscription no rd[protected], received a 100% mutilated copy (Soaked in water) today. It was so mutilated that i could not even think of returning it back. Kindly send me the fresh copy of the same within one week from today. If i do not receive the fresh copy, i will have to buy a new copy inspite of having the subscription.

Since i got mail as offer to subscribe via card pay and u will receive magzine so far 1 complimentary book.
I paid on 11th. July 2017
After that i m keep calling they said for starting it will take 4-6 week.
But till now no mail not a single material deliver.
While payment they said ur free gift book will deliver within 3-4 days.
And magnize will deliver within 3-4 week.
After that i lodge 2 time complain also.

I have received, several mails from readers digest from this email id - [protected]@intoday.com. As it has come from india today group, i believed it. I still do have belief that it is genuine but after going through some of the emails i am a bit worried as i have not got any conformation of my payment. I have kept all the screen capture of collecting money. I request for the communication from your end regarding the collection of money and conformation of our id participation in the draw.

Very pathetic services of this company... I have done my subscription for my child ishita rawat for readers digest in month of sep16, i havent got any copies till jan 17 and post complain they have sent me 2 copies for sep and oct which was useless... Its like i got the newspaper to read after month.

I have sent so many mails to rdcare, callcentre complaint all in vain... Useless company, useless people... I have paid them for book and they have given me pain, engiety... Anger...

Today again done the complaint lets see if someone listen it...

I subscribed for the reader's digest issue. It has been over two months but I have not received my copy of reader's digest. I paid the full subscription amount.

The lack of customer service from the India reader's digest has made me to file complaint at the consumer complaints to see if my issue can be resolved.

They take 6 days to reply to an email and even after making false promises, they fail to deliver the reader's digest. Is this the kind of customer service one should expect?

I need to know the status of my subscription and also why has it not been send for the past 2 months.
