Reader's Digest — Non supply of Magazine inspite of payment of Annual subscription for Readers Digest

I had paid Rs.999/- on March 20th, 2021 from my Paytem account towards Annual subscription of Readers Digest. However I didn't receive any response regarding the receipt of the amount and the schedule of posting my copy of the Magazine. There was No provision for recording my postal Address.
I am giving below the same for despatch of my copy of the Magazine at the earliest.
