Reader's Digest — Receiving our subscription

We have been getting the Reader's digest for over 50 years with no problems. In 2025 we did not get an Augustt/September issue. After many calls I was told they would extend our subscription because of this, We received the October/November issue. We paid our subscritpion in November and our check was cashed. We did not receive December/ January. After many calls again I was told it would be sent out in three weeks. so far we have not received it. This is becoming increasingly annoying. I have written to two e-mails listed by RD and both came back without delivery. If this continues ee want to cancel our subscription and get a refund but if it goes as it has been going it woud be hard to do so since no one seems to listen or answer.
