I bring to your kind notice that i had sent a cheque no.000068 dt[protected] for amount rs.711 (Andhra bank) along with the sweepstakes forms. I got a message from the bank that it had been realized. Three days back a gift form you has been sent by post for which i was asked to pay an amount of rs 749. But i did not accept it as i had already made the payment through cheque. I have been doing like this from more than six years. Please verify this from your office and continue sending the monthly reader's digest along with the gift for the year 2019.
