[Resolved]  Indya Estates — cheaters

Don't Buy!!! I visited today they are not professionals...All papers will be right I hope they give u are apartment in one piece.


Take Care ..I am sorry for the negative comments Punlicrani ..But it is the truth.

I have booked a flat in Indya estates and had gone through all legal papers everything was perfect and also i have submitted the papers to bank which has sanctioned me the loan and we have entered an tripatate agreement between myself, Indya Estates and my bank.
Construction is in full swing. Mr.Public raja don't misguide people.

I completely agree with imran, the greens project is a complete waste, slow development, shortage of fund, shortage of labours and they are looking for 2500 apartment which is an impossible task. I too have purchase in it and when i asked for the refund i am running behind them from last 6 months but everytime they are extending the date and till today i have not received even a penny from them.

I have also booked a flat in same project. They have not given the pre EMI as committed by them and the possession date is also postponed for no reason. The project progress is too slow and I don't feel that they would complete the project by march as well. Please lets get together and act unitedly as i think its better to act now rather than delaying it.

they are such stupid company who spend money in attracting people by giving advertisements, the teak is already built but STP plant is ot built till now, how can they fool us they are inexperienced people and I feel money they spend on advertisements they should utilize in finishing the projects . Customer don't want false promises it just want value for its money, Sunidhi Chauhan show tickets in Dubai will cost me not more than 120 aed I will not give anybody amount of 17 lakhs, these people are fools and don't know how to manage to give possession.

Its a good project, in future i will reply to all above who commenting negative,
please don't misguide people by making negative and personal comments.

Indya Estate very bad company, that Vijay ( MD of the company) is big rowdy & has spoilt so many girls & cheated so many people. He was in jail for 5 yrs & his brother Raghu was also big rowdy & was in jail for 5 yrs. Do not buy any flats from these, they provide false documents during registration & later you have to suffer.

Indya Estate MD Vijay always with his girl friend Deepa & spoilt so many girls. The construction of the apartment is not good quality. The foundation is not as per good structural design, any time it fall off. The materials the have used all lower quality & the lift of the apartment is very less. Please do not buy Greens apartment / Mist apartment/ Skyview apartments from this company since all the documents are fraud & land also is on drainage & Raj kaluve, at the end you are the looser.

Indya estate have lost the case which i filed in 2015. They had to return the amount plus 18% interest, They returned the principal amount but have appealed to the higher court against the interest award. I request youall to file suit as there is no chance of you guys getting your flats in the near future. Ctc me at [protected]@gmail.com

Invalid cancellation notice from builder, Need refund
I had purchased flat at green phase 1 Amber D block 401 on 16/09/2013. As per agreement possession was promised on December 2014. But till date i had not received the possession. Builder had also made agreement wherein he had promised to pay interest of loan till possession. But he had stopped paying the same from May 2016. He had also send demand letter without the architect certificate. I had not honored his last demand since he had stopped paying me interest component. On 5th August he had send me cancellation notice for flat citing outstanding of 5 lakh which is not the case at all. Total purchasing cost was INR 2241889 amount paid so far INR 1815927+ interest componant 399247+ 2 percent interest per month for 357634 so total comes to INR 2572808
