[Resolved]  RCS PROPERTY PVT LTD — CHEQUE DID NOT REALISE

I. Harminder pal Singh had MoU in Delhi jurisdictions with M/s RCS PROPERTY PVT LTD dated16 March 2010.I was issued a IDBI Bank (A/c No [protected])post dated cheque bearing number 687949 against my investments of interests for Rs 9090/- which when presented to ICICI bank was returned being unrealised.
2. This unrealisation of cheque was brought to the knowledge of RCS manager Mrs Shaan kaur of RCS Property Pvt Ltd ( Mob No [protected]) who physically received my cheque promising it to be credited in my acct at the earliest by Oct 2012.The same was also informed and assurance given by MD Mr R K Bhargav of RCS( Mob-[protected]).
3. again on checking I was given the tele no of[protected] by both Mrs Shaan Kaur and mr R K Bhargav to check latest status with regard encashing/crediting of said amount.Attender,Mr Manish said the the Company name has been changed to RCS PARIVAR FINANCE LTD WZIA 3rd FLOOR,MAIN NAZABHGARH RD,GANESH NAGAR,TILAK NAGAR,NEW DELHI-110018 and also gave email [protected]@rcsparivar.com for further querries.
4.Kindly lodge my complaint to facilitate crediting of amount with interest and also helping many others by initiating legal action against this fraudulent company and its employees.
