[Resolved]  Supertech Cape Town — Violation of Agreement to Sale by seller

I had made an agreement to sale by giving the seller 1,50,000 and 3,50,000 by cash for flat in supertech capectown,noida 3 months earlier. The seller has violated the agreement to sale and now he is not returning the money also. Please suggest how can I get my money back legally.
