Realme Techlife — RealMe TechLife Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

I purchased a RealMe TechLife vacuum cleaner online (through FlipKart) on October 21st 2021. It worked fine for a couple of cleaning runs in the first week, but stopped working abruptly therafter.

The power and the charging indicator lights kept blinking on and off, but the unit did not respond to any commands. After a couple of days, the blinking stopped and the unit now does not charge, nor does it switch on.

I have tried reaching out to RealMe company mulitple times over the last week, but they have been unable or unwilling to help. I reached out to their call center, but the associates have no clue about this product or they are simply unwilling to direct me to the right resource who can help solve this problem.

I have also emailed their customer care department, with copies marked to the head of customer grievances as well as the CEO of the company. It has been 3-4 days and I haven't received any acknowledgment from any company representative.

It seems to me that RealMe does not have any service infrastructure set up to help customers. I sincerely hope this escalation will reach the concerned person in RealMe and I can get a solution to my problem.

I'm looking for either a complete refund or a replacement of the faulty product.
