Purchased Realme Techlife 4K Smart TV from Flipkart.

19th December 2024 (Day 1):

After completing a software update on the Realme Techlife 4K Smart TV, the screen displayed red and green lines, followed by a complete blackout. The TV became non-functional and showed no picture.
20th December 2024 (Day 2):

Raised a complaint with both Flipkart and Realme...

I had ordered a Realme techlife washing machine from flipkart and after 6 months it stopped working and I have registered a complaint on 14 April 2023 a technician visited my home he told me that there is a issue with the pcb we have to order the pcb and it will come from the Bengaluru and it take 8 to 10 work days to deliver and after a week I called to the customer care to know the update then they told me that complain got cancelled due to technician ordered wrong part and then they again register the complain on 5 may 2023 and told me to wait for 3 days till today the pcb is not dispatched from bangalore and now I want compensation of this.

I had ordered a Realme techlife washing machine from flipkart and after 4 to 6 months it stopped working and I had register a complaint on 17 march2023 and after some day then I called the Realme techlife support they told me that some part is coming from the Bengaluru and it will be getting repaired in some days and after a week I called them about the update then they told me that complain got cancelled due to technical glitch and then they agin register the complain on 8 April 2023 and told me to wait then after a week I called them and they told me that I will be getting repaired in some days and now its been 25 April 2023 and still my problem isn't resolved.
Me and my family had faced a lot of problem due to this . we get a mental problems and faced a lot of harassment due to this. And now I want compensation of this.

I purchased a RealMe TechLife vacuum cleaner online (through FlipKart) on October 21st 2021. It worked fine for a couple of cleaning runs in the first week, but stopped working abruptly therafter.

The power and the charging indicator lights kept blinking on and off, but the unit did not respond to any commands. After a couple of days, the blinking stopped and the unit now does not charge, nor does it switch on.
