As escalation team called me on 05/01/2022 at 11am and promised to Complete my request with in 48 hours. But till now my request was not complete. As the time request by your escalation team has crossed 48 hours.
As my Service Request has crossed nearly 325 hours. Am still waiting for my request.
Because My Television get highly heated as we Switch on the Television. In my residence 90 years old grand mother, 70 years old Mother in law and my two small kids .
