[Resolved] Realme — Regarding replacement of realme tv | |
Dear Sir/Madam We request that, I Bought realme tv online, After some time the automatic tv stopped, complained about it to realme technical services but didn't get satisfactory answer, being misled and tv warranty is expiring, complained on 13th September, but problem not resolved till now. It's been a month and a half since the complaint. Realme executives are misleading, every executive is different answers. Note - Contacted realme - email id, twitter, chat and support calling but did not get satisfactory response. Realme cheated me, because of this problem my mind is not balanced.
