Realme tv display panel issue

Hello concern,
I have raised complaint regarding my TV display panel on 15-Nov-2023 and your executive visit my house to check display panel on 18-Nov-2023 and confirmed it’s display issue and realme will issued new display.
After this 21-Nov-2023 I got call from Realme regarding replacement but they don’t have same TV so they offer me to accept the HD + 2000 rs realme coupon that I refused.
Then they give me 2nd option, 40inch full HD
But they asked me to give 2500 rs extra for replacement. I accept that option, but in this offier i told to realme please provide me extra warranty for parts because my one-year warranty is over, but realme denied for extra warranty and i refused for 2nd option also.
Now no one is responding me regarding my TV and I'm still waiting for response. 15 days over but no action taken by Realme really this is very pathic service from realme.
BIG NO FOR REALME TV IN FUTURE
AND DON'T BUY REALME TV.

I am taken Realme Narzo 60 PRO 5G on date[protected].i have mobile screen and overheating problem. i am visited real me service center in Secundrabad Sumadhura Pragathi building service center on[protected].i am explained my mobile problem to service center on[protected] time is 11:30 AM Monday. Service center person takes 3 hours' time for mobile. Finally, they told mobile screen damaged with water and ask money 7500 for screen. I am clearly explained mobile screen not damaged with water. Mobile is going with heavy heat mobile process is running but screen not open. They did not accept my words. they are open mobile in secret room. They did not open mobile Infront of me. I asked how could i accept your words. They are talking only on payment for screen. Even mobile pictures not uploaded in real me portal. Today again i visit another Realme service Center with Real me customer care suggestion in Kukatpally service center name is Jesvi communication Realme service center. Firstly explained my problem. He searched yesterday pictures in Portal. He asked me pictures here not uploaded show me the photos. I told they did not given proof of water damage photos. After 10 minutes he took my mobile inside room. he shows me water damage photos in his personal phone. How is it possible i am not understanding. Yesterday photos not available in company service portal. But he is showing in his personal Phone. After I am asking warranty, he take my phone inside room he took fake photos by his camera, He is also talking only about payment for screen not even check my phone what is problem.

Issue in the display of smart TV & pathetic service
I bought a Realme 43 inches smart TV in June 2021 & after some time, the display of the TV started having issues. Black spots & lines occured on the display for which I filed a complaint (Complaint ID: C[protected]-01) with the service centre in January 2022. An executive came & inspected the device, therafter, an executive came again & changed the display panel of the TV but that was of no use because the display still had black spots & lines. I again called the service centre & the executives came again & changed the display panel but again, the display had black spots & lines & the display was not working properly even in front of the executive. I had to raise a concern again & the whole process was repeated just as it was done previously. All in all, the display panel was changed thrice but the problem still persisted.
All this took up a lot of time & efforts & I again got a complaint registered (Complaint ID: C[protected]-05) in June 2023 & the executives came & again changed the panel but the problem still persisted. I talked to an executive, Sandeep from Nangloi Service Centre (as he mentioned). He did not provide me any solution & was also way too rude & spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. No technician was sent to inspect & repair the device & the service centre closed my service request without taking my consent. I mailed the grievance officer of the organization, Dilip Parmar on the mail id grievance.[protected]@realme.com & received a reply from him asking to fill a satisfaction survey form. Why should I fill up the form when my concern has not even been addressed? I again filed a complaint (Complaint ID: C[protected]-06) after which I received a call & the executive asked me to pay an amount to get my device fixed. I asked them that my warranty period for the display panel was still active while I filed the complaint so why do I need to pay for getting the display repaired? They again cancelled my complaint giving the reason of denial of payment. I received a call from an executive, Shubham (from the Escalation dept as he mentioned) who again was not patient enough to talk properly and wasn’t listening to my issue & was adamant on proving himself & his organization right.
To sum up, its been around one & a half year since I filed my first complaint and the issue with my device is still persisting. The service centre has intentionally not provided a concrete solution & has elongated the duration of providing services while trying to complete my device’s warranty period so that they can charge me for further issues. Also, the service executives have been really unprofessional & have no empathy towards their customers. This whole process has caused me a loss of my precious time & other resources as well while also the service executives’ behaviour has been mentally harassing. I request members of the Consumer Forum to look into the matter & provide me a credible solution ASAP.
Note: I am attaching a picture of the TV showing a dark square in the middle of the screen which is the issue in the TV display, invoice of the product, messages of complaint ID, screenshot of the mail received from the grievance officer & a video which contains my conversation with one of the executives of the organization.

Remote not working, customer care not resolving
I have a Realme TV 32 inches. The remote has stopped working for some time (confirmed by customer care too).
I have called twice to the customer care number (on 9th March and 16th March). Both times, I was ensured that the complaint has been raised and that I will receive a coupon code on my mobile number in 48-72 hours, which will allow me to buy a new remote from the Realme website at Re 1/-.
Both times, I have not received any confirmation, complaint number, or coupon code. This is the most inconvenient customer service there can be.
Moreover, the second time I called, I was told there is no complaint raised against my TV's serial number. Which is quite probably, what happened the second time as well. I have received no mail or text confirmation of my complaint as well.

Brought realme tv on sept 2022 and remote stopped working on March 5th still now no resolution from realme called several times mailed chatted in the what's app they told me they would provide R pass still now no resolution they keep giving reasons that we have sent and keep repeating the same and as I start investigating online. This is being happened with many people

I had realme wireless 2 in which facing problem of battery then went to service center of realme jamshedpur (jharkhand) they said will exchange the product with different model named wireless pro i agreed but in that one also facing sound crack problem then again i went to service center they again said we will replace it but in new one also facing same sound crack issue. Then i went there explained about the issue they accepted the issue infront of me then i said i dont want anymore this i want my actual product product which i was having previously they said ok we are mailing to our senior to make it available. And i complained about this on realme customer service hotline. Then at the same day evening their Area Service Manager(PREM - [protected]) called me and said there is no stock of realme buds wireless 2 in all over india so tell to executives that we have solved your issue and then we will check internally with our connection if this stuff will be there we will make it available to you i disagreed with this. after that they were denying for the issue that i was facing in exchanged product.Then i contacted with realme india headoffice through twitter then told them about this they said ok we will look into this matter. Then i recevied a call from PREM on 5/1/2023 he said realme buds wireless 2 is not in stock then i told them same product is listed in your website so i dont need any other product want my same stuff then he said ok will discuss with the team then from 5 jan - 10 jan no update again i contacted to realme india headoffice after that received a call from PREM saying same thing not available in stock take any other product i denied then he said ok will discuss with the team. Then recevied a call from PREM on 11/01/2023 saying same thing that stock is not there in india take any other product i denied then he said i[censored] want we will refund you in form of R-Pass after that u can purchase the same stuff from our website i agreed so i submitted the realme buds wireless pro (EXCHANGED PRODUDCT) on 13/01/2023 after that same day's evening he called and saying to take any other product i denied and said ok i will discuss with the team then from 13 jan - 19 jan no update. Then today(19/01/2023) i called him then he was saying that we will check weather the produdct is available or not if not then we will think to provide R-Pass. Is this the way to provide service there is no value of customers time that means from starting PREM was providing wrong information to me if he had to check the product availabilty then why he said that he will provide R-Pass and from 5th JAN what he was doing and it means without checking the stock he was continously saying stock is not available.

COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 (AS AMENDED UPTO DATE)
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
That the Complainant is the consumer within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act, who has suffered due to the unfair due to deficiency in service of the Opposite Parties.
That the Opposite party No. 1 is engaged in the business of manufacturing mobile handsets besides other electronic equipment’s in India through its various distributors, Opposite Party No. 2 is one of the distributors of Opposite Party No. 1 and Opposite No. 3 is one of an authorized service centre of Opposite No. 1.
That the Complainant had purchased a Realme 6 mobile phone from Opposite Party No. 2 vide Invoice No. FADBZQ[protected] dated June 27, 2020 after making the full payment of Rs. 16999/- (Sixteen thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine) with a warranty of one year. Photocopies of Invoice No. FADBZQ[protected] dated June 27, 2020 is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE-A (colly).
That after 1 year 5 Months on date 28.11.2022 on evening 6 o'clock the mobile started releasing smoke then Complainant threw it on bed thereafter the mobile got a blast as a result of which the blanket caught fire and phone stopped working. The Photos of the blasted phone is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE-B(colly).
That thereafter, the Complainant contacted O.P. No. 1 via toll free no. [protected] and O.P. No. 2 instructed the Complainant to contact O.P. N0. 3 as the O.P. No. 3 is an authorized service centre of O.P. No. 1.
That On 30.11.2022 the complainant rushed to the nearest service centre that is the Opposite Party no. 3 for a check-up and thereby the Complainant was told by one of the executives of the Opposite Party No. 3 that they will forward to company.
That the after 7 days Complainant received call from Opposite No. 3 and executive of Opposite No.3 spoke in rude manner that take your phone back company cannot do anything.
That the Complainant purchased the above said Realme handset on trust of brand from Opposite party No.2 for his personal use and convenience but Opposite Parties 1 and 2 provide him defective goods and deficiency in service from Opposite Parties Complainant life was in danger for which Opposite parties are responsible.
That the Opposite Parties are harassing the Complainant by not providing a new Realme 6 hand set and the same amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practices and for which the Opposite Parties are liable to compensate the Complainant.
That the Opposite Parties are liable to pay Rs. 16999/- (Sixteen thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine) towards the consideration amount involved in the purchase of the said hand set.
That the Opposite Parties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Forum. Hence, this Hon’ble Forum is competent to adjudicate the present Complaint.
That the Complaint is within the period of limitation.
PRAYER
In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Forum may kindly be pleased to:
direct the Opposite Parties are liable to pay Rs. 16999/- (Sixteen thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine) towards the consideration amount involved in the purchase of the said hand set.
Direct Opposite Parties to pay Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards deficiency in services.
pass any other/ further order(s), which this Hon’ble Forum may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Tv screening problem with pinch of damages
I brought realme 43 inch ultra HD tv from Flipkart 9th may 2022 and installed on 12th. After I used one month we could see they is pinch of dot left side edge corner and the same day from the dot it got crack and expanded. And the screening problems made, so we enquire about this issue with realme customer service there is no proper explanation. And they arrange once, the technician came and he said it was damaged. And told it was not covered in the warranty and for visiting they charged fees. I explained multiple times that it was not customer side happens, since we don't use the tv frequently as we are not noticed on the dot since it's really a minute pinch until unless it get worst. For replacing screen they asked 21000 since it's a new one not even covered 2 month. I have taken extended warranty also while purchase. They is many communication has been send and provide proof screenshot.
It's really makes frustrated the new tv which got damaged and asked for huge amount to replace. Currently we are not using the tv and still it was hanged in the wall. Brought a new tv without using it was really pathetic condition.
As I could understand once the delivery made te product will be responsible for customer however the issue is happened on which side is the question.
I agree any devices which we brought having 7 days of replacement. But after 7th days if I come to know in 15th day what should be done from customer side.
I could suggest to keep rules and regulation have some logic expand. And ask for a reasonable amount from customer if realme not able to replace it.
I hope it could be address and noticed.

Delayed Service for my TV
First date of complaint was 20th Sep as my in warranty TV was facing display issue.
I have raised a complaint & technician visit also happened on 24th Sep. Technician also confirmed its display issue & they would replace the panel.
Its been 20th Oct & the brand is unable to resolve that issue. The only reply I get is that I need to wait its under processing.
Its been a month for me and I am not able to understand why they are unable to provide me a service & fix my issue.
I have raised a complaint & technician visit also happened on 24th Sep. Technician also confirmed its display issue & they would replace the panel.
Its been 20th Oct & the brand is unable to resolve that issue. The only reply I get is that I need to wait its under processing.
Its been a month for me and I am not able to understand why they are unable to provide me a service & fix my issue.

Complain against service center not to deal properly
My name is Mukesh Singh, I want to complaint against Realme Service center, Pathankot (Punjab). I don't know the other consumers but I received the worst service from it. I went there to seek about a solution because my Realme X2 pro mobile charging Port Flex Cable Module is broken. When I present the phone into there, they said that they did not repair but after some time he said that they will repair it but some condition, Firstly You have to pay 500 just to open the mobile and if the screen is damaged while opening the mobile, then we are not responsible for it. I agreed about this, and he opened the mobile safely and said that we have to buy charging port flex online and it will take 2 or 3 days to arrive it. I gave them the phone on 1 oct, 2022. And after five days i called them and asked if my mobile was repaired. And they told me that because of the holiday the parcel didn't receive. And to this day I am listening to this same excuse. So i requested the Realme official to take strict action about this type of service center.

Company damaged our Displays with an update.
All realme narzo 30 pro 5g phones are facing display problem of horizontal lines. Day by day it's getting worsed.
It was working fine till the last update. It's a common problem to every narzo 30 pro user.
Neither my phone dropped on floor nor in water.
I repeat this is the common problem you can check it out in realme community.
Just need a replacement of display

My name is vikram. Regarding your FK Enterprises, Realme service centre in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, I want to complain. The consumers receive the worst service from that service centre. When we try to enter the centre, there is one man sitting in the door who speaks to clients like he is the owner and CEO of Realme and acts as though they are beggars and asking for him money. I observed some very dissatisfied saveral clients outside since he never let them to enter the service area.I went there to seek about a solution because my Realme Q buds, which are out of warranty as of April, are. When I presented the product's invoice and the nasty man refused to let me into the store, he advised me to buy a new one since the old one had expired and he couldn't allow you to enter. So, is it your strategy to only use service centres for warranties on goods that are used for a year at a time until you stop caring about them? In this situation, customers are unable to even access the service centre to enquire about products. Before this phenomenon, I was recommending realme phones and items to every friend and family member because I possess a number of them. But following this particularly grating response from the service centre, I completely revised my perspective on realme. I also sent a letter about it to Madhav Seth, the CEO of Realme, whom we had previously spoken to at a realme event in Mumbai. Your liability ends once the warranty period is ended. Realme's customer service has reached an all-time low; nonetheless, we are the ones who gave rise to your reputation. Since 2017, I have used your product. Realme 2 Pro to Realme 9 Pro were my first smartphones. I have also complained to the government's consumer services about you. I need a quick fix for the problem where your service centre is staffed with thugs who make consumers feel bad.
Many clients were discussing their complaints as I was standing outside the service centre. but none knew how to file a complaint. So, I'm not the only one who is upset by that support centre; every day, a large number of clients respond about their worst humiliating experiences. I can gather 100 written complaints from clients concerning the service centre.

Have ordered Realme Buds Wireless Pro on Sep 28, 2022 via Realme Store (Android Application) and they hand overed to Ecom express for delivery. They have delivered to me on Sep 30, 2022. But there is no product available in it and the pack was loosely packed. Immediately I informed it to Delivery partner he replied get in touch with Realme customer service. I had a conversation/calls for almost of 1 week and they are simply saying that they have sent appropriate product in it...What was the proof of appropriate product in it.

I had ordered a Realme 9 SE on 26 September from Flipkart l, But after sometime I'm facing Discharging problem from The phone, I had complain the issue to Flipkart and they told me to go To the nearest Service centre to chek the phone which I had already done, but now they are telling me to Talk to the realme Customer care and I had already talk to them and they are telling me that we can't do anything about it and Flipkart will only take care of the matter, Now I'm stuck with a Diffective Phone ...
