Realme Tv — Realme TV panel issue, under warranty, No response from Realme CC even after many follow up

I brought Realme 43" TV 6 month back, suddenly there was crack on the TV then within a week it's become a full screen it self {see pic below}

The first thing I did is called Realme service center, as you always know you can reach them in one attempt after many tries I connected and explained them the issue then said within 3 days technician will call you and replace, I waited waited.. non on the call come from any technician, after the week I re called them with multiple attempt somehow I reached them and told the I did not get any call, then they raised it again, this time someone called me and he visited home to verify the TV panel issue, he opened TV and wrote down some number and fixed it back, he said another team will come and replace the TV within 3 -7 days {to be honest it was ok to watch on the tv with small crack before this guy opened it, but now it's completely gone his name is Sunil from Hassan}

After 10 days I called him I checked that where is the TV and your team, he said they will come but don't know when they come you need to wait { the worst part of this Realme is no issue status tracker for checking what they doing on our issue and where it's been reached and all} so it's one the worst experience I ever faced when it was under warranty so please help me to replace my TV or repair the panel of it, my purchase details as follow.
