Realme Tv — Received defective piece, But replacement tv is not sent,

I sent the below mail amost 3 months back, i am keep on calling from last 7 months, but no use...

I have been using realme 5 Pro mobile phone for the past two years and felt satisfied with the performance.

As a satisfied customer for the realme, I purchased a realme SLED 139 CM(55 INCH) ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV by ordering on 22nd Jan 2021 through flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] and the same was delivered and installed on 30th Jan 2021. At the time of installation, the company representative advised for insurance for additional three years by charging Rs.4000/- besides the TV Purchasing prices of Rs.37, 499/-. Accordingly we paid the insurance amount of Rs. 4000/- besides the TV price.

Now the said TV was mall-functioning (ie., sound is audible but video is not visible). The same was complained over phone and a technician from the company attended to fix the problem. He told that the motherboard failed.

In the course of time, we asked the cable operator to avoid the bill for the month as we are not using the TV. According to him, several TVs made of realme complained the same. Therefore, it is concluded that the TV sets are made with borne problems. If the TV was replaced with a new one, the new TV may also repeat the same problem.

Hence, it is requested to refund the amount of purchase price in lieu of insurance.
