I have also encountered same type of problem in realme 43 inch full HD LED smart android TV after using it for one year and 9 months. i have purchased realme tv on 15/10/2020 and fortunately, a fault occurred on 15/07/2022 so my panel is within warranty. So i hope it will be replaced with the new one. My complaint number is C[protected]-01. But if any manufacturing or designing fault still persists in TV then there is no guarantee that this fault will not be repeated in the future. The TV service provided by realme is very pathetic. they should solve the root cause of the problem in all realme LED tv sold by them. Will update later... Was this information helpful? |
