On 2nd july i have recharged my mobile via recharge factory with 160rs balance is debited but recharge not done after i raised a complaint balance is crdited in recharge factory wallet...on on july 12th agian i recharged to recharge my mobile with 40rs & 40rs recharge is not done but money is debited. then onwards site is down for maintenance till now . on 3rd august i got a call from from [protected] at 9am please tell me ur debit card details (card no, validity, cvv) otp also, i will credit money to ur bank account .ur bank account balance have less than 1000rs so money is credited to ur account, , (then another 17rs have debited from my bank account ), then tell me another account with min balance of 1000rs then i will tell my sister bank account acccount details my sis account have a balance of more than 1000rs but money 17 & 17rs is debited from my sis bank account also what should i do now???

Regarding login problem and amount in the aacont
Sir i am trying to login with my user id again and again but its saying the email is not registered with us but the mail is coming to that email sir pls help to access my account bcoz i want to use the money remained in the recharge factory accountuser id [protected]@gmail.com
