Recruitment — Fake interview offer letter

Yesterday i recieved a mail regarding recruitment of Assistant Manager in Larson & Turbo from email ID Larsen & Toubro Ltd Email content says that "Highly pleased with your qualifications and experience and believes that you are an ideal candidate for this post". Also attached an Interview call letter wherein they mention about the recruitment process, policies of the company & asks to pay refundable amount of 8250/- to the recruiting manager Dr. Yashwant Dewan. There are many other points that made me suspicious about this letter but in the first place i do not hold ny degree of that field that L & T will recriut me. And u will not believe this call letter is of three pages. I checked L & T's website where in it clearly states that it does not charge for ny recruitment.
