Recruitment — fake job offer and took money

The agency name "recruitment" in dombivli east called me and said they got my number from quikr jobs and said my cv is selected and asked me to come for interview. They told me there is job offer in tcs company with 37k to 40 k salary and told to pay for that job and took 2500/- amount from me. Then they send me some third party palcement agency's address where no such job was offered. I met two persons in one of the placement agency who told me even they paid money and no job. Then i realised this is a fraud and they are scammer. I asked them to refund my money but they are not giving back. They are cheating job seekers and making money. Please help me to get my money back
