Hello
I had purchased a pair of shoes from Red Tape @ MGF mall, Gurguan showroom.
The shoes were under code number RTS 8491 Black colour leather material.
After wearing for about 1 month the shoes got torn at left side of shoe.
The shopkeeper took the shoes and said he will return or exchange.
Please expedite & arrange my money back or arrange a new shoe.
