I ordered two footwears. Black sandals and Blue flats. They came but size did not fit. So I made a replacement request. Blue flats were replaced but black sandals were picke dup too and there is no update on that product in my account details. I have called the given customer care number a lo of times and have have emailed my complaint to them.
However, there is no reply. Please, kindly help me and refund me my amount now as it has been more than a month adn the purpose of those footwears is now long gone. Was this information helpful? |
