I have purchased a red tape shoe from the below address and when we went for the purchase the shoe looked as it has been used and when we enquired with shop guys they mentioned that this is how the Shoe is delivered from red tape factory and u have to polish it regularly to look new. Trusting Red tape brand We thought it may be true And buyed it later after two days of wear stitches started coming out and still with patience we took for service and now its still not returned and it has been now more than three weeks and we with patience enquired to shop keeper and he stated to be rude and gave excuses which is not acceptable.
Kindly consider this complaint.
