I had called Redbus last Friday (9/26) with ticket# 10946973. It's regarding I didn't get 10% discount using the offer code I got from redbus (for the ticket I booked attached below). on 9/30, I got SMS saying my ticket has been closed, but I'm unable to see what is the resolution here ?
I then dropped email to redbus customer service (ticket#10958286, #[protected] asking for the explanation; response I recieved is I used different email-id in both transaction (one from which I got offer code and another where I used the offer code). However, I replied them that I indeed used the same email-id in both the transactions. For this, I yet to receive any response.
Today when I called Redbus customer service, they tells me that their system is not working right now and requested me to call again tomorrow ???
Really bad experience I started having with Redbus -- I was a regular customer for them and it's sad to see the service I'm receiving from them :( Redbus, e-commerce business is becoming much more competitive and if you want to survive in this, better improve your customer service and stop cheating with sponsering useless offer codes.
