[Resolved] Redbus — about booking done in ac but travelling without ac

IAm travelling in below mentioned bus, booked ticket for AC, but the AC is not working from 1 am, suddenly the driver switched off the AC saying about some fault. But it seems it iss a negligence and now they should refund the difference amount of non AC bus.
