[Resolved] Redbus — about refunding the money for cancellation of tickets | |
My complaint has not resolved uptil now and need my money back... From the cancellation of 2 tickets with the returning amount of 375/- and 490/-. Last time i had attached all the required screenshots... Also one of the person had called me for the refund of money... N he was asking me my atm details... So do your team asks for that while refunding the money??? His employee id was 21095 and name:deepak kumar I am attaching the screenshots again and i need my money back by today.
