[Resolved]  Redbus — about the refund

The tickets were not confirmed but the amount of 3 tickets (₹1098) was debited from my account. We registered a complaint regarding this matter and we inspite of the company's mistake recieved a message saying that amount of₹532.50 on 4 may (I. E. Only 50% of amt) has been refunded but i didn't receive the amount till today in my bank account.
(Please look whether can we get the 100% amount) some more details are:
