[Resolved] Redbus — Against refund | |||||
Hi, I have booked a ticket using redbus app. After booking they sent me a mail that they are not able to book a seat and soon an executive will call me and I can then book another ticekt or go for refund. After that I have tried as many as 10 times for refund but fail to gey any response. After that now they are saying that they have booked the ticket. I'm attaching the screenshot of their mail.
