Redbus — All the number provided on the site and sent Msg is Wrong

Hi, Booked a ticket from Bangalore to Vijayavada. i got the msg with[protected]/26705444 and [protected]. those 2 land number does not exit and the mob number provided is horrible where one guy says call after 5 mints and disconnect the call. Even i tried calling the Regional office number that also WRONG. We trust by booking online, but if there is this type of response SO PLEASE STOP this. If the Bus is late they should at least make a call and intimate regarding this at minimal.
