Redbus — amount debited but ticket not received by red bus

Dear sir / madam,
On[protected], i tried to book ticket on redbus app thru net banking. That time required amount rs.2091/- was immediated debited to my account. But no any ticket was issued by redbus. I am doing continuous follow up with red bus. But yet amount not received back to me.

Pls. Help me to recover my amount.

I ashiba raj booked 2 tickets in redbus today morning for 1900 rs after complete transaction they were saying that the ticket is not booked and didn't refund my money wallet money also dispersed
