Hi,

i have booked a ticket from red bus for travelling on 30 th May 2017 from Kanpur to New Delhi. i booked tickets on safar express tour and travel. the timing are as follows 22:00 to 07:27. I booked 2 sleeper seats in the name of Bhanu Prakash Singh & Aanchal. i did the payment from my debit card the amount got deducted and no ticket booked.

The transaction was failed due to a technical glitch at the payment gateway. We found a transaction with the given email id done on 29th May'17 and the refund of your transaction is initiated on the same day. You will receive it in 7 bank working days. I have booked 2 tickets on dated 14 may 2017 via mobile no [protected] through online but my account debited and tickets not issued i hv talked to Ur customer care no.he told me it will be refunded within week but it can not refunded till now..Pls do the needful for refunding my money.
