Redbus — Amount deducted but ticket was not generated

Hi,

I booked the ticket using redbus on 5th May 2023, I used ICICI bank netBanking to pay the amount of Rs 2887.5/-

The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket failed to generate. It's been 3 days but still the amount which was debited from my account has not been credited to my account.

Following is the transaction details, can you pls check and let me know when will I get the amount?

BIL/ONL/[protected]/Redbus/wwwredbusin1
You have made an online payment of INR 2887.5 towards PAYU INDIA from your Account XX174 on May 05, 2023 at 21:34 hours. The Transaction ID is [protected]
