Redbus — Amount deducted from a/c but ticket not booked due to failure of transaction | |||||
I have booked my ticket on 02/07/2016 and at that time that was unable to book. At that time i got a message that your refund will be done within 8-10 business days. Today it's 17th july and still i have to enquire you and then you are responding like that it will take more 8 days. What should i do now? I wish my refund will be with me within 24 hrs. I have tried write to us for 10-15 times but i have not got even single reply After that i called (Twice due to network failure) customer care no. Which is toll free actually but it was charged and the supporting person saying on second time that call me after 20 minutes as you have called us just 2 mins before as i was like what kind of customer support you are providing??
