[Resolved] Redbus — amount deducted ticket not booked

I had book bus ticket from the website goakadamba.com for goa to mumbai dated 19-10-18. Due to unexpected issue, the transaction was not processed properly and the total amount of rs 2520/- was deducted from my account without issuing the ticket. The amount has not been refunded to my account till now.

It almost a week now there is no action neither proper response from redbus.in. I have done several follow up but not use.
