[Resolved]  Redbus — amount deducted two times

On 08/06/2019 I had booked a ticket from Wayanad to ernakulam.after entering OTP transaction failure message arrived.again I tried and booked a ticket but the amount had deducted two times from my account.the transaction ID and other details of booked ticket is attached below.also I need to get the deducted amount RS.615 to be refunded as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the trouble caused to you. The ticket TN[protected] is confirmed for one of your transactions[protected]. The other transaction[protected] was failed and we have not received the amount of the same. The amount should be reversed by your bank within 2 working days in case transaction failures. Please check with your bank if you have not received the same.
