[Resolved] Redbus — Amount deducted without intimation | |||
I have booked a ticket in red bus on 7th September 2014 at 11.40pm, which is not booked but amount was deducted and cancelled at that time. Also received a confirmation that my amount will be refunded in next seven days. Then i have called customer care to block the tickets, but i was told to call back after 20 mins since those seats were blocked at that time. As i didn't get any confirmation from the support, i went ahead and booked my tickets in other bus. But those cancelled tickets were got booked after one hour without my concern and i didn't even get any intimation from red bus also. Just to reiterate, i had never confirmed to book the cancelled tickets without my concern. Now i have lost my 2100rs!!. When i call back the support next day, they are asking me to drop mail on this. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please kindly take care of this issue and refund my amount ASAP. I am not satisfied with the way your call support had treated me. It was like i have done a mistake and getting a punishment, and in reality the only mistake i have done is booking in RedBus!!. Though i am following up on mail, i want to post this case here and get the immediate solution.
