Redbus — Amount not refunded by Redbus for bus cancellation by the Bus operator side

Hi Team I have been continuosly calling Redbus team for money refund on the cancellation of my ticket dated 13th december 2015 where the bus operator had cancelled the ticket stating vehicle cannot operate due to breakdown. I was notified through an SMS atleast a call should have been made . I have called the Redbus helpdesk several times and i have to explain them the entire scenario from the beginning . They keep on raising new complaints but my refund has not been processed as of now. The Guy named Shafiq whose number was mentioned in the cancellation message also confirmed that the bus was cancelled.
