Hi, i have booked 3 tickets from pollachi to bangalore in rkg travels a/c sleeper for 29/01/2020 on 25/01/2020. The amount was debited from my bank account but i received a message like booking is not confirmed and your amount will be refunded in your account in 2-7 days. I recieved email from redbus regarding the refund transaction process also, it was more than 10 days but the amount was not refunded. Feb 09, 2020 Updated by Sureenz I have mailed all the details regarding the ticket booking to Redbus support .please solve this issue as soon as possible .This has caused inconvenience because the given date was exceeded and still it's not resolved. Hope it will be done shortly !
