[Resolved] Redbus — bad service and rude agent | |||||
Booked ticket half an hour ago realised that i booked it of a day before.. Human error.. I tried to reschedule it. No person was there to provide me with proper information as the robot kept talking. And when via other sources contacted the agent of redbus he said he can't follow up every passenger. Their provision of cancellation and reschedule is contradictory. And no help was provided. Loss of money and time. Would never travel and would never suggest anyone further. Please take action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
