On line bus booking boarding time given wrong. As par customers executive red three time on phone total detail given he said 48 hours give feedback and hold on given for complain no but does not give n cut the phone. At boarding office in charge said bus was always two late every time customers waited. Why online booking. Rr bus dhule to surat boarding time 11.15 pm bus reach every time after 1.00 am why customers waited in late night with family in travels office at road side
