Redbus — bogds app is not showing our mk travels

Dear sir/madam,
Please find here with above subject we are working with red buss under mr. Karan executive of red buss.
We render service with red buss one year from mumbai to shirdi in a day 3 luxury buss we are operating two numbers buss in night one is a/c sleeper and one is non air-condition setting and one air-condition slepper buss in morning.
Till today we had provided 1095 buss.
But now we are not receiving any order from your red buss from last two months.
We want to render service with your esteem.
As our mk travel on your app is blocked by mr. Karan please look in to matter and please do needful.
We will be highly obliged if our buss service start on your app and we will be happy to serve you.

Hi,

I had rescheduled(no.of tickets :2) my journey ticket from 5th jan 2019 to 6th jan 2019 from chennai to Bangalore.

Those tickets got cancelled from redbus.

My ticket charges has not been refunded yet.
