[Resolved] Redbus — Booked for wrong date by mistake which happened to be today in 1.5 hrs | |||||
I happened to select date wrongly instead of 4th dec 2016 i selected 23 rd nov 2016 which is today. Immediately i called customer care and spoke to mr. Syed and he told he cannot do anything about it. I lost rs. 995 of my hard earned money. I request the concerned party to refund my amount as much as possible.
