[Resolved] Redbus — Booked ticket cancel by redbus | |||
Hi, My name is hemant. I booked a four ticket for different different journey as well from different different operators. Now they cancelled my booked ticket and said your ticket has been cancelled due to bus operator technical issue. Ok i am understand with issue but why it is for all the ticket. I request to you please solve that issue which is occured by you not by me. Why i am pay for that. If i cancel the ticket then i have to pay cancellation charge now they cancel my ticket and said technical issue. What the hell technical issue. We are educated @redbus we are not fool. Even if it is a technical Glitch but operator side, it is your responsibility to take care of it. you have to follow up with the operator for this cancellation due to technical Glitch.you cannot give lame excuse like this.
if you are not going to address our concern then we are left with no option but to go to press and social media.
