[Resolved]  Redbus — booked tickets but not provide the service

I am Ramesh Kumar Dubey booked valvo ac sleeping 2 tickets on 2 June 2019, on the red bus app search bus Delhi to buxar, they show 52 km near by bus service jagdishpur, I booked amount deducted from my account .
After discussion with the Akash travel they say we not provide the service of Bihar (buxar or near by 52 any location).
We rage the complain in red bus they sad you get refund of amount.

Now he is Denny for refund.
