My booked and confirmed ticket was cancelled from operator 1 month before giving an excuse that there is some issue with the bus and will not be operational on 21st august 2016. I mean How there know that on 21st august there will be and issue with the bus? And before asking me and giving any other options to avail there cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund.
