I tried to book 2 tickets on redbus from chennai to hyderabad. while booking money got deducted and got a notification that these seats aren't available. i didnt get any booking confirmation message and it didnt even reflect it in app also . we booked some other bus then i got a call from operator saying that they got booked. i tried cancelling but i cant. raised the request but no response.

As discussed during our phone conversation, we express our regret that due to the technical error at the time of booking you didn't get a booking confirmation. Our technical specialists are constantly taking measures to control these issues and avoid any hindrance in our services.
As a token of goodwill gesture, we are compensating the ticket amount entirely. The refund has been initiated to the original source of payment used by you at the time of booking. A screenshot of the refund initiation from our end has also been attached for your reference.
As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
