[Resolved] Redbus — booking failures | |||
I am trying to book the ticket from a week in the redbus.in. However the booking is getting failed after making payment in bank web site- for fourth time in a row. very patetic interface between redbus browser and banking browser. out of four payments three payments have not been returned. This is not the first time - but fourth time. Even today it got failed. I have enclosed the video as it appears in my system. We request your office to direct redbus for resolution this payment failures and refund crisis at the earliest. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
